Well...it looks like they need jobs in France... ...and the Air Force brass want them to have those jobs. Why else pick a "Tanker" with 33% less capacity, based on an airframe with a not-so-impressive safety record? Oh, wait, I know why-because it's not boeing. This is the real fallout ...
